Ray Tosch was a direct descendant of one of the first pioneering families of Capac. His great-grandfather arrived with only the clothes on his back and did not even speak English. But with dedication, perseverance and personal discipline—which is a family trait—the Tosch family prospered. These character traits, along with honesty and a smile as warm as the spring sun, made Ray Tosch a success. No one was more concise when it came to the 'Art of the Deal.' Ray was passionate about the principles of business. Executive skills, honesty and a vigor to give back are rare qualities in America today. Ray Harry Tosch will forever be ingrained in the legacy of Capac. God speed to the Tosch family.
